  1. Well New Moon was actually pretty good. (manhood -= 10)
  2. @Brammm Good point. I just wrote about that very thing a couple days ago on my blog. Turning off now. :)
  3. @CreativeNotice No problem. Glad it helped. :)
  4. What did you miss this week over at ThemeForest.net? http://blog.themeforest.net...
  5. Thanks!! RT @BryanChalker: @NETTUTS - the single best place to go to learn the ins and outs of web design.
  6. Check out five web development video quick tips on Nettuts+ today! http://net.tutsplus.com
  7. Wow - this 100% blew my mind. http://www.ted.com/talks/pr...
  8. @chealey We launched it a few days ago. http://themeforest.net/cate...
  9. @chealey - Yeah - just a tad. It's a really interesting topic.
  10. The nice thing is that it can all be done from the WP admin panel, and requires little effort.
  11. Here's a more practical example of how designers can create custom layout blog posts. http://tests.jeffrey-way.co... (no design)
  12. In need of a Tumblr theme? We just added a few to ThemeForest! Now accept more. http://themeforest.net/cate...
  13. @envex Yeah - completely. This would be more geared towards site editors/designers who have some html knowledge.
  14. @envex I went the custom fields route instead. Here's a super simple example of different layouts/backgrounds. http://bit.ly/2NxveX
  15. @envex The idea is that they wouldn't be touching the HTML file. That was the whole point of doing it that way. But yeah - not practical.
  16. @wnemay Was never bashing- only teasing. And we all had this discussion a couple days ago. I misspoke - meant that its usage was unsemantic.
  17. @opidentica Because from a blog post, you won't be able to changes things like the logo image, backgrounds, etc. Text color was just an ex.
  18. @fredwu Yeah - I think you're right. It'd be much easier to use custom fields (in WP case), but I was trying to think of cross-platform way.
  19. Hey everyone. Just wanted to clarify that WordPress was just an example. I know there are easy ways to use custom fields.
  20. @jzy @envex - Oh sure. WordPress was just an example. I was thinking of an easy way to do it across any platform.
