  1. @_SteveAWilson_ have you registered your app? http://is.gd/1oOCJ
  2. Net::Twitter 3.03002 uploaded to CPAN. Documents the required callback parameter to get_authorization_url (an OAuth 1.0a requirement).
  3. Irony: Iran government using FOSS Net::Twitter to suppress freedom? http://is.gd/1lzRy http://is.gd/1lzUR
  4. API rate limit increased to 150: perl -MNet::Twitter -e 'print Net::Twitter->new->rate_limit_status->{hourly_limit}'
  5. Net::Twitter::Lite 0.04 released to CPAN a few hours ago. Includes latest API changes and "authenticate" param, same as Net::Twitter 3.03.
  6. 3.03 includes optional "authenticate" param, so: ->rate_limit_satus({authenticate =>1}) for user stats; => 0 for IP address stats.
  7. Net::Twitter 3.03 is on CPAN with Twitter API changes: new method show_friendship; new_direct_message parameters. http://is.gd/1erit
  8. Apparently @twitter reverted my account to a state about 60 days old when Chris Thompson owned it. Chris tossed it back to me.
  9. Net::Twitter 3.02 is up on CPAN with OAuth 1.0a support.
  10. Net::Twitter::Lite 0.03001 is on its way to CPAN. Includes OAuth 1.0a support with working examples. (Avoid 0.03000; regression error.)
  11. Net::Twitter Roadmap: http://blog.questright.com/...
  12. OAuth with PIN# support for desktop apps, dev release: http://bit.ly/9p2L6 Please test!
  13. Net::Twitter 3.01 and Net::Twitter::Lite 0.02 coming to a CPAN mirror near you. Now, with support for the saved_searches API methods.
  14. @robotwisdom give Net::Twitter 3 or Net::Twitter::Lite a try. Both up-to-date with and with improved error handling.
  15. Net::Twitter 3.x is Moose based. OMG! The Moose! Too heavy for you? Try Net::Twitter::Lite. Same great taste. Less filling.
  16. Many thanks to Chris Thompson the original Net::Twitter and all prior versions.
  17. Net::Twitter 3.0, now with full API and OAuth support coming to a CPAN mirror near you. It's a complete rewrite. New author/maintainer.
  18. I am especially interested in finding someone with existing code that uses Net::Twitter::OAuth to test for backwards compatibility.
  19. @warthurton you'll need to register your test app at http://twitter.com/oauth_cl... to get consumer tokens.
  20. Anyone wanting to test OAuth should also copy @semifor. I'm currently having issues transferring the @net_twitter account to him.
