  1. Client canceled...so it's SQUAT TIME!
  2. Got a huge pump. Best pump in months. It was a mental thing
  3. Enough effin around. On a new program.
  4. Shoulders done. Front delts r sore from yesterday so I didn't do many pressing movements.
  5. Training shoulders n traps!
  6. Much better workout in the PM today. Chest thickness n triceps

  8. Meathead status: I kept increasing the resistance on the elliptical thinking "why isn't the volume getting louder?!"
  9. Ended AM workout after 4 sets cuz my joints were too stiff. Going back to gym now 2 redo the workout. This time w/ earbuds n a focused mind

  13. Just ran a quarter mile this chilly morning. It felt good! But my any further I think my quads would have seized up on me.
  14. And when I say flutes I meant the muscles on my ass. glutes dammnit! Not flutes iPhone!
  15. Flutes are really sore. Felt the sorness creeping up on me even before bed! Usually I feel it the day after
  16. Squat day today. It's been a while since I had a hardcore glute ham quad day. Felt like throwing up after
  17. Finished my squats...ouch...
  18. Choosing the right breakfast sets your day up to be a good one
  19. External rotation of the feet while running alters length tension relatnshps within the leg that could cause injuries in the ankle &/or knee
  20. Chest, tris, abs, n quarter mile sprint. I feel good!
