  1. Pushed a new version of Closure Library. http://bit.ly/83vN7B Happy Thanksgiving. Eat Tofurkys.
  2. Happy Thanksgiving! - RT @rabidbaby: Remember when Sarah Palin pardoned a turkey? I do. http://bit.ly/58sKZ3
  3. @davinstuder For Closure Library, at least, the style is to just wrap in an if statement using goog.userAgent.
  4. @pbarry That looks fun. Maybe I'll go.
  5. Why has it taken me this long to come up with the term "crackpottery"?
  6. @mlroach Understood. For me at least, the shuttle keeps commute time from being dead time. I use it for work email, projects, e-errands, etc
  7. @mlroach I could never do the commute without the shuttle. It's generally 40-60 mins door to door, but the whole time, I'm on the laptop.
  8. Life pro tip: Start with the premise that nobody knows what they're talking about and proceed from there.
  9. @ExploreMqt Oh man, that's just scary. I'd like to spend some time with some distributed VCSes. Only really know Perforce and SVN.
  10. @ExploreMqt I wish I had used it in college. All the time I'd break stuff and then not be able to diff or go back to a working version.
  11. @ExploreMqt Totally. I use SVN for when I'm working by myself. I need to diff against the trunk all the time.
  12. Undergrads should be learning version control sometime around when they learn for loops.
  13. @aboodman :) Yeah, I get that too, because I normally sleep in Saturday and Sunday.
  14. @dbentley You're on. "Cool Canasta"
  15. Ok, game over. Packers 30, SF 24.
  16. Oh man, shouldn't have said anything. 49ers catching up.
  17. Green Bay Packers destroying SF 49ers. Do I feel conflicted? Not a bit. Crush them.
  18. Just realized that the Pizza Bagels theme song is rip off of the McGuire Sisters' "Sugartime". http://bit.ly/08PumPH Public needs to know.
  19. @pmed Also the world is getting weird as I know a bunch of the authors on both specs. I suppose I could just go ask...
  20. @pmed As specs should be. I wish there was a better "just what you need to know" doc. Been reverse engineering http://bit.ly/6SfgPL
