  1. @heebeejeebee Get yerself a REAL cell carrier. Oh wait, there's no such thing. Nevermind.
  2. @pnbersch Re: command line - you're a man after my own heart. :-) I miss command lines.
  3. @jthmpsn Just ITILv3 Foundation. For someone like you, it'll just be an exercise in memorization of terms to match what you already know.
  4. @pnbersch There's research that shows bigger screen (or more than one) = higher productivity. Srsly.
  5. @pnbersch Think 30" LCD monitor w/appropriate video card. That's more than $400.
  6. @pnbersch I used to have new incoming staff not only express surprise at the ability to choose, but how high the dollar limit was. :-)
  7. @DonnaGenzmer Yes. Chrome is amusing that way.
  8. is on a mission to replace the "I&MT" signs in Cunningham. #uwm
  9. @pnbersch Congratulations on the job!
  10. @sp1603 Chrome error. I also get it on occasion because a script will eat up too much memory and Chrome barfs.
  11. @SethL Good luck! I hope the home inspection goes well!
  12. @jfrohne Difficulty depends on experience. For me it was mostly just memorizing terms for what I already know and/or is common sense.
  13. @sdlieb The ITIL stuff is all really just common sense if you've been in IT for a while. Mostly it's just remembering their terminology. :)
  14. Thanks all! I think @mswalbert is correct - "certifiable" is probably the most accurate term for me. :-)
  15. passed, in case anyone other than me cares. :-)
  16. @tskunka Oh, it's ITILv3 Foundation
  17. @tskunka The reasons I'm working on this cert are: (1) set example and, (2) gauge how difficult it will be for others in the org to certify.
  18. @tskunka I think it depends on the certification. Also, my degrees have nothing to do with my current job. :-)
  19. @dirtyjake Would you rather meet with the customer on the issue? :-)
  20. @jcarrico It would be fantabulous to see Bobbers as well if he can make it. Yay!
