@ It should not, Postini will setup all of the users settings etc, once you change the MX records and they are live...you are good!

@ The only thing that would cause an interruption would be a misspelling in the MX record or another error when changing the DNS

@ If you already have Gapps in place and have activated Postini and change the MX records, there should not be an interruption.

@ The Google Apps spam filters are pretty good, but if you want control, the Postini service is great. You can white/blacklist etc
