  1. RT @flangy Epic language design / programming as it is rant: http://bit.ly/14xTqb
  2. I may waste a few more weeks writing a web server in every $COOL language.
  3. Fridgebook: http://www.lukesurl.com/arc...
  4. “GitHub Meetup London at the Royal George, Soho tonight (16th) http://bit.ly/sxjGY ” Click the link to see how screwed my sense of time is.
  5. @flangy I have some simple (read small team) game ideas if you have some artist contacts.
  6. Gnome Shell is interesting: http://live.gnome.org/Gnome... I'm glad to see someone doing something new on Linux again.
  7. @flangy This shit reminds me of the games I used to write when I was 10: http://bit.ly/1TlkWn 70 goto WIN
  8. @Omnicia it would make no difference to IRC chat. In real life I'd insist you wore a mask. A happy one preferably with tinsel and bangles.
  9. Extremely unhappy today.
  10. I look at a lot of other people's Twitter avatars and wonder how they think they picked a flattering image. Which makes me wonder about mine
  11. @rob_rix so that is virtual functions? I thought D automatically promoted functions to virtual if you override them.
  12. It sure doesn't feel like 4am. @mikearthur ring me to wake me up so meet you tomorrow!
  13. Go looks good, but D is better. The Internet is apparently uninformed.
  14. Everything is unexpected without hindsight. So what do you do?
  15. You'd think Apple would look up the developer's blog and gauge whether or not rejecting their app for stupid reasons would backfire for them
  16. @MikeArthur indeed, it's partly planned. But easy_install kind of sucks.
  17. @kunaldua no you only need the Homebrew bin directory to be in the path. I can't diagnose this over Twitter though. Github message?
  18. @skr nice work!
  19. @fraserspeirs Safari 4 was doing that with Top Sites. Fixed it in 4.0.4. I guess it's a bug in Snow Leopard and they hacked a fix for Safari
  20. @MikeArthur no indeed, we don't have a mercurial formula. Currently you need to easy_install it. I should do a tmp fix for that really.
