  2. @njrunnerfred Yeah pretty much off season - have few run races not to get too stale, but this week is very unstructured. Some bike and swim.

  4. Finished Philly marathon. Sore like he'll, but quite happy with the result. Time to get home and eat something.

  7. @Quadrathon Break out the set to 100s or 200s repeats. It is easier to count 10x100 or 5x200 than 20 laps. I also take laps with my watch.

  11. Yesterday's run done today. Legs shot from it and the 5 hours walking in SeaWorld. Good times.
