  1. @grstratton We don't have any basil this year, just cilantro, mint, some peppers. I'm looking forward to having a full garden again soon.
  2. I instigated a project where a bunch of people are going to choose a #conlang and all learn it at the same time: http://tinyurl.com/neturr
  3. Joining a Twitter group. http://twibes.com/conlang?v=1 - What twibes do you belong to?
  4. Show support for democracy in Iran add green overlay to your Twitter avatar with 1-click - http://helpiranelection.com/
  5. @LelandRoss Jim says for "lol" in gzb one might say "pym-zxa-van", I'm very amused, which could be abbreviated as "p,zx,v," :)
  6. @redshoes49 Oh yes, actually Esperanto's way more popular these days, with the internet. It used to be hard to find someone to talk to.
  7. @LelandRoss lol
  8. @buddhapest The new Facebook works a lot better than the old one. It's basically just a weird web forum, these days.
  9. Hmm, a local esperantist just got in touch with me. I guess maybe I should dust off my Esperanto. I have so many things to learn!
  10. I always get my metaphors all stirred up into a patchwork; I should work harder at pulling apart the strands.
  11. I've been trying to be careful about how I use the internet. It's difficult to balance this many options.
  12. I wrote a little about various aliases I've had: http://sites.google.com/sit...
  13. Now the NOIX for a tweet is "IXIX" :) NINU X OUO O IXIX NOIX U (@mungojelly tweets in NOIX!)
  14. I've been inventing a toy language in a rainbow notebook. It's called NOIX and it only has 4 letters. Hmm maybe I'll make a word for "tweet"
  15. My taste for the obscure is satisfied only by the rarest delicacies: I'm learning a language (gzb) which I'll be only the 2nd speaker of.
  16. @qurgh Can you link me to a good introduction to Klingon, in case I change my mind? It might help anyway to skim it a little in advance. :)
  17. I would start studying Klingon, but I have a more special obligation right now to learn this language gzb. Maybe next year? :)
  18. I'm reading posts to the Klingon mailing list. I'm weird: I find conlang politics really interesting! :)
  19. @genemachine I think the future is endless glorious submission to our new robot overloards.. but I am sure they will make us like it.
  20. (: (: (: WOW 2 excellent tracks of avant-garde music from my alt5 friend rene kita http://cli.gs/NDM5Uh this stuff is just my style :) :) :)
