  1. Adding slow carbs (bagel) and fast carbs (fruit cup) before workout has made a huge difference in performance.
  2. I'm getting sick results from the new diet and stack...about to go hit up freedom fitness for abs and light cardio, got heavy squats tomrw.
  3. Had a beast workout...the stack seems to be doing its job...time to eat some oatmeal and a bagel then slam down some 100% whey.
