  1. @buzzkills looks VERY sweet 60fps at 720p and 18MP want one!
  2. What is with video conferencing. Isn't it time that we just had hi-res web cams and it worked in a federated way?
  3. @stilkov Air is a management box, happy with powerpoint not happy with hard word.
  4. Governance is too broard a topic to have only one word. It is to management what SOA is to thought
  5. Document Centric BPM, or User Centric Document Management?
  6. @enectoux Got any more info. Looking at the Google hits on it the areas are still IT rather EA being the reason for Air France + KLM
  7. @enectoux Got any more info,
  8. Right about to present at an Adobe Analyst conference
  9. @jpmorgenthal I mean the development phase, its approach can make things like Agile more tricky. Its about handovers and collaboration
  10. @jpmorgenthal As part of the operational governance I think yes, but not as the delivery governance. There in lies the challenge of ITIL.
  11. @atmanes But if EA is credible at the BA level then it must be able to deliver business transformation not just IT rationalisation
  12. @atmanes Without those references its just a theoretical discuss for EA folks to have between themselves, not a CEO/COO.
  13. @atmanes I'm describing the reality of what EA is rather than what people _wish_ it might be.
  14. @atmanes LEAN has Toyota, Six Sigma has GE. What does EA have as a BUSINESS change poster child?
  15. @atmanes Which is fine to say, but I've not seen a single reference where a business used EA to optimise its business operations.
  16. @atmanes Genuine Business Process or just IT's view of what BP is? EA doesn't have the credentials to make a claim for BA.
  17. @buzzkills There is no whisking in Mumbai airport, just nine different times to show your boarding card for no apparent reason
  18. @atmanes the business is the purpose of the enterprise, apps, data, etc are just there to serve... as is EA.
  19. @atmanes data, applications, technology are all IT domains. Business is a much bigger domain than IT and EA hasn't demonstrated itself.
  20. @atmanes I think that is a bit of an optimistic view. Business Architecture _is_ the business, how does EA get to define the business?
