  1. Reading My Sister's Keeper. Engrossed in it. My female relatives are bound to gloat.
  2. Watched Princess and the Frog. Haven't enjoyed a Disney flick this much since Aladdin.
  3. Play this "Stop Disasters" - http://www.stopdisastersgame.org/en/playgame.html
  4. finished Betty Neels - The Chain of Destiny. Protagonist is NOT a nurse. I have completely spoiled any surprises.
  5. finished Elizabeth Hoyt's To Taste Temptation. Her writing is changing. Next up is To Seduce a Sinner. You'd think that would be easy.
  6. watched "the THING from another world" Astonished by how good it is. Watch the Skies.
  7. watched Carnival of Souls which got arty toward the end. Otherwise, atmospheric and well done.
  8. watched Bloodsucking Cinema. Much, much better than I thought it would be. Carpenter in particular had some cogent things to say.
  9. watched Trick r Treat - very entertaining. A lot more humor than I expected.
  10. gave blood yesterday.
  11. Kakurenbo - character design, background - top notch. Characterization, storyline - naught.
  12. Gave up on Death Note II - just not appealing to me.
  13. watching Death Note II - the Last Name. Not quite as clever as the first one I think.
  14. finished Elizabeth Hoyt's "Serpent Prince." Absolutely wonderful, my favorite plot done perfectly.
  15. finished Charlaine Harris' Dead as a Doornail. I would like to state that I'm on Team Eric unreservedly.
  16. finished Elizabeth Hoyt's Raven Prince which I liked in spite of my reservations. It was genuinely romantic.
  17. watched "Schultze Gets the Blues." Not my kind of movie either.
  18. watched "Nights in Rodanthe." Not my kind of movie.
  19. Just finished Janet Evanovich's Full House. Fun stand alone mystery/romance.
  20. finally done with the Vandread animated series. I watched it twice -- out of order. Good series but have a twisted sense of the thru-line.
