  1. Slowly recovering from a week of lurgi. Am assuming it was 'just a cold' and nothing more sinister but it flattened me for a few days.
  2. Wondering if my ongoing sore throat is still due to mega singalong at Blur on Friday... if so, I don't mind, that countas as a noble cause.
  3. Forgot to tweet about how amazing Blur were last night as I was too busy enjoying myself. Ah, how I love them.
  4. Eating carrots and leftover apple cake. Taking it relatively easy. All very nice.
  5. Sitting in the shade near the Westway. Surprisingly pleasant. Contemplating what to include in new prayer course - such an immense subject!
  6. @davewalker We had a 'bring and share' too: me and my mum took sausage rolls and homemade mini apple cakes (we pushed the boat out).
  7. If only there was a wall-to-wall Adam and Joe channel... What on earth am I going to do with myself when they go on holiday?!?
  8. Watching Adam and Joe live from Glastonbury (on 6music webcam) whilst preparing hymnsheets. Ah, emotionally/culturally literate men! Swoon.
  9. Preparing orders of service for tomorrow ('Celebrating Creativity'). A big day for Kensington Unitarians as we unveil our new wall-hanging.
  10. Listening to Adam and Joe's Glastonbury coverage on BBC 6Music and allowing myself an empty evening (for the first time in weeks). Mmm.
  11. Not ready to go to bed. Unsettled.
  12. Pretty repulsed by the jokes.
  13. Shocking news.
  14. Nicely settled in at B&B. Listening to Adam and Joe back catalogue, making collages, eating my picnic. Very nice.
  15. In Sheffield interchange waiting for a bus. Colder than I have packed for. May have to go straight to bed when I arrive at B&B.
  16. Just back from Waitrose, buying picnic supplies for weekend away. Now pondering whether it's too murky for late burst of gardening.
  17. Sitting in pleasantly cool office after satisfying morning in the front garden and two errands done en-route.
  18. Having a nice cup of tea at the Brunswick while waiting to meet an old chum (M - fellow student from my PhD days - and all round good egg).
  19. At Waterloo waiting for platform to be announced.
  20. Nice lunch (Nando's, again - becoming well informed about relative merits of various branches - friendly staff and tea in glass mugs here).
