  1. Got to sleep in today. May do light walk or just take a rest day today. Back is aching a bit. See how I feel when B takes her nap.
  2. @wbgookin A few times I've had to check if the world was coming to an end b/c I agreed with Pat myself. Those are scary moments.
  3. @wbgookin lol...hubby and I just had this discussion today as I told him he was lucky to be going to work. He thinks I have it easier.

  5. Soreness has eased up a lot. Going to aim for 3 miles on the treadmill when B takes her nap. Will be almost all walking, but that is fine.
  6. Breakfast done. Now to finish my coffee & then tackle my to-do list.
  7. Sore everywhere. Waiting till later to walk on the treadmill to see if soreness eases up a bit. Try to do abs today too. #shredheads
  8. Got about 2 minutes into yoga until B threw a fit. So no yoga for me today.
  9. Working on my to-do list for today. Now to get motivated to do it all.
  10. @wbgookin The only way I can think is if it is something that is on sale or something that is limited. Otherwise just save your money.
  11. Chose working out this morning over sleeping extra 30 min. Now my legs match my upper body. Both hurt and feel like jello. #shredheads

  13. Glad it is almost dinner time. Starving today. Been a struggle to not slip and eat everything in sight. Succeeded though!
  14. Owww my upper back & shoulders are killing me. Weights + 25 lb toddler have done a number on me today.
