  1. Tough day. Guess the extra activity cleaning must burn enough calories. Starving today. Sucking down the tea to not go over calories.
  2. @benjsmama Do you have the Lose It app? It is just a journal type app, but free and pretty good.
  3. Becoming close friends with the bathroom today. By the time I'm done it will be sparkling clean.
  4. Walked 1.8 miles in 30 mins and felt good. Short walk at 3.7.
  5. Walked 1.72 miles in 30 mins and felt good. #shredheads Quick and easy walk after not exercising for several days.
  6. I'm beat. Cleaned all day in prep for Thanksgiving & weekend Christmas decorating. Play room & bathroom left.
  7. I'm up. That's about it. Not motivated to do anything today.

  9. Lasagna looked a mess (fell apart on plate), but it tasted good. We have a keeper with some tweaks.
  10. The lasagna is in the oven. Not sure how it will taste, but it looked good.
  11. 2 mile walk done for the day. Load dishwasher & then start on tonight's lasagna (only 250 calories per serving). Hope it tastes good.
  12. Not sure if B is going to take a nap. May attempt the treadmill anyway to at least get some workout in today.
  13. Picking T up. Then hope B naps so I can workout.
  14. And now I'm stuffed and will probably last until lunch without a snack. Was totally expecting it to be over 300 calories.
  15. Amazed - breakfast was 2/3 ham, mushroom, & swiss omlette, light multigrain muffin w/ spread, & 2 cups of coffee. Only 251 calories.
