  1. Entered a new result of 7:34.1 for round 3 (Olympic Race Distance) of the Concept2 Challenge Series #c2challengeseries
  2. Good results today for the club at Marlow. One first, two seconds and two fourths. Great start to Head Season
  3. Not only did the weather clear (ish) but it was good enough for Tim and I to win Vet Doubles!!!!
  4. Will the weather clear enough for Marlow Head? Not looking hopeful, which is a pain as this is the last event this year!
  5. Results are up - 5th of eight in Vet C, really pleased with this, especially as most of the crews in front of us were composites
  6. Finished the Vet Fours Head - total contrast to yesterday, calm, sunny and bright. Such a long, long way though...
  7. Too windy to row this morning :( so half hour ergo instead :( :( Hope it improves for tomorrow (Vet 4s Head on the Tideway)
  8. Milton Keynes Rowing Club (MKRC) Photo Collection :: Fotopic.Net: http://mkrc.fotopic.net/ via @addthis
  9. Entered a new result of 5:54.7 for round 2 (Array) of the Concept2 Challenge Series #c2challengeseries
  10. Great conditions on Caldecotte Lake this morning, flat water, sunny and warm! What's happening?
  11. Aching. First pack of cards circuit for the winter training. It was an "easy" version but still VERY hard work
  12. MKRC Award winners: Oarsperson - Jo Heywood, Most Improved - Charlene Mills, Club Person - Karen Wilson, Special Award - Dean Abraham
  13. Yuk. Looks really windy so what's the betting it's a circuit this morning instead of rowing?
  14. @charlenemills Agreed - I hate the bloody things too, but why specifically this time?
  15. Different this morning. Steve did his back so I wound up steering the Quad for the first time ever - scary stuff!!!
  16. Ouch. I thought my quads had recovered from Thursday circuits. How wrong can you be?
  17. Great last regatta of the season at Cambridge - two wins, for the Womens Eight and a Mixed Four
  18. Finally got out yesterday (Monday and Thursday wind too high). Good practice in the Quad for Cambridge. Interesting 4- in second session
  19. Two sessions in the single this morning, totally knackered now. Still getting over yesterday's amazing day out!!!!
  20. Great day out at Warwick regatta yesterday, another win for the women at IM3 4+ (different crew this time though!). Don't mention our 2x...
