Boychild sleep terror morphed to meltdown. Went from 0-100 in nothing flat. I'm not as agile half asleep, so arm is fractured.

@ More efficient? I was told this week that funds are frozen for respite care for due to cutbacks. Not efficient for me!

Think meltdown in office was 1st doc seen/experienced w/out army of aides & sedative. Said "Wow" - after 45 min, when was defused.
