  8. @TSABlogTeam No one on a budget can afford to check a bag. You should enocurage airlines to remove bag fees on first checked bag.

  14. 5x800 on the track this afternoon- quality workout today makes up for crap 20min xt I squished in yesterday. Week 1 of 16- so far so good!

  16. Ate like @#$% every day this weekned. I *never* do that. Feel gross, but it won't happen again for a while. Albany training starts tomorrow!
  17. @athletetraining I ran that one in '08 - good course but hilly! Easy to train for 'em when you're in town :) bet you'll love it!
  18. Icing arches: not fun but it works. Forget mile 17 motivation... I need a motivational phrase for PT/stretching/icing to get me to mile 17.
  19. @ginny26_2 ouch! hope its just a bruise and nothing serious! Hope you at least didn't have tons of witnesses as I often do when I fall!
