  2. Could be @mentalmarketer ... segment them and find out!
  3. A #measure tip: Customers who use expedited shipping between 12/19 and 12/23 are different customers than the rest, segment them & follow!
  4. Hey #measure, carefully analyze what happens to customer behavior during major snowstorms --- big-time fun analysis!
  5. Give @erictpeterson 2 points for trying to help folks become better! http://bit.ly/51mbYC #measure
  6. Honor Roll: @armagello @diogenespassos @CPCstrategy @joeycos @threedeep @cjpberry @shawnmk @DHPiche @psomom!
  7. Based on your responses, 75% of analytics issues are people/talent related, 25% are tools-related. Oh oh. Now, how do we fix the problem?
  8. ? of the day: What % of your analytics challenges are people/talent vs. technology?
  9. No answers, @liveortell, sorry. Thanks @dawescott!
  10. That's an "and" condition, @caseycarey. 2 orders in past year and 1 order in past three months. A great "comp segment" to compare to LY.
  11. In your Web Analytics work, what is the "comparable segment" that you use to compare all results against? Me = 2x ord. LY, 1 ord = 0-3mo.
  12. ? of the day: Compared with 10 years ago, work is (a) more fun, (b) as much fun as, or (c) less enjoyable.
  13. Honor Roll: @SimmsJenkins @jacqueswarren @alexbrasil @beasf (thanks for the nice comment) @Freakalytics.

  15. Agree @liveortell, there's been maybe $500 of profit this fall from book sales that happen only because of Twitter. And THANK YOU!
  16. That may be true for your business model @LusciousPear. The audience attracted to my tweets have not, to date, paid my bills. It may change.
  17. Ok, if you believe my twitter ROI calculations aren't fair, use my data to prove that Twitter delivers an ROI high enough to make a living.
  18. @DHPiche Agree that Twitter can lead to a book ROI. We're dealing with a huge funnel issue that doesn't scale, regarding leadgen.
  19. Thank you, @palmerweb, for the Gliebers Dresses mention!
  20. @alexbrasil I cannot take the same risks with books or the blog, because they consistently deliver such a huge ROI.
