  14. So what I'm saying, is that folks who held on to their Metavante are doing fine, and now even earn a dividend. But M&I has really messed up.
  15. FIS which bought Metavante at 1.35 shares/1MV, has declared a 5 cent quarterly dividend. M&I, which spun off MV at 1 share/3 MI pays 1 cent.
