  2. retailers: just hide the "was this review helpful to you? Y/N" buttons. i won't create an account for the sole purpose of giving you value.

  8. @jlbruno right but it has to only show reciprocal relationships, or people whom your followees follow - or else it doesn't lend validation
  9. i think @twitter user profiles need a "@user is being followed by @example, whom you follow" as a lazy recommendation mechanism.

  14. @fredleblanc ppl who receive them via text can't filter them by hashtag, so i would go with one account for all, separate accounts for each.
