  1. @chris_stevenson I would love to see samples if you have any on Flickr or whereever. (S90, that is)
  2. Maybe you can show her your 'O'-face... RT @mikebroberts: For the "big O": http://twitpic.com/qxs2u
  3. Co-worker about conversation with car repair guy: "he's going to have two assholes when I'm done with him"
  4. @martinfowler How is the delectable S90? I guess I'm pre-empting your answer there a little...
  5. Woken by alarm 3 out of 5 mornings this wk. Ratio is improving, I'll take this as a good omen for sleep. Course that's out the window in Feb
  6. @rerevisited The show was Pirate Master, kinda like Survivor on a pirate boat with treasure and stuff. I liked it, but it got axed.
  7. Exotic dancer. Scientist. Name the reality show...
  8. LinkedIn now allows you to connect your Twitter feed. Can grab full tweetstream (eek!) or just tweets tagged with #in
  9. Today I shall mostly be refraining from disturbing large slumbering mammals with forestry detrius.
  10. @manderbabble Dude, I think you need a more complex Twitter password, or a thing that asks you maths problems before you can post...
  11. @jaycfields Invest? Over the last decade I would have done better hiding my pension money under my mattress or putting it on my mortgage.
  12. @jaycfields I don't know where the racism thing is coming from, I certainly haven't heard that bandied about.
  13. I don't think there's anything wrong with market making, trading, FS etc. It just doesn't seem very inspiring. I like having a mission.
  14. I don't buy the liquidity thing. You're making money *from* money and that's not a new game. We need liquidity so banks can screw us faster?
  15. @hulaballoo seriously windy, I wouldn't want to be building a tower today. Quite fun walking and being buffeted around though.
  16. @mikebroberts Curious what service you provide other than "we turn it on, plug it into the market, and money comes out the other end"
  17. Am thinking Github ease-of-branching may end upcausing organizational problems on projects, even if downright anarchy is avoided.
  18. Yet more evidence this morning that branches are NOT a freebie silver bullet fix for not having your shit in order.
  19. Successful Away Day had by all, it seems! Also, wheels down in Calgary so I have data and voice back.
  20. Leaving away day at 7:30 this am, bumped into fellow Canadian in the lobby, wearing last night's clothes and clutching a bottle of vodka...
