  1. @jello_hbu ROTFL, that's what I thought they meant.
  2. Viva la Revolution! Viva la France! Happy Bastille Day!
  3. RT @gwenbell: This will make you smile... Really inventive song/video: "Crayola Doesn't Make a Color For Your Eyes" http://bit.ly/WmyVW
  4. What is the definition of a "Liberal" judicial ruling?
  5. This is political theatre, but it's our process. Sotomayor is answering well to some poorly-argued attacks. #sotoshow
  6. RT @glenngreenwald: Sessions thinks if you pretend you're unbiased then you are-like if you ignore your sickness, then you're healthy
  7. RT @glenngreenwald: Ironically, Sessions is an example of danger Sotomayor states: thinking youre objective b/c of ignorance of one's biases
  8. Biopsy aborted, too much bleeding. Growth is very vascular, possible hemangioma. Biopsy in OR sometime next week. This keeps getting better.
  9. Glen Beck: "...our Community Organizer in Chief..." Seriously? You're comformfortable being that disrespectful? In public?
  10. Waiting room for Biopsy, TV tuned to FNC. Glowing profile of Gov. Palin, and now Glenn Beck. Moving to chair facing other direction...
  11. RT @houston_foodie: Jeannine's Bistro (fka Cafe Montrose) on Westheimer & Bagby waiting on permits & hopes 2 open ths wk. Moules et frites!
  12. @bonodog Dibs!
  13. RT @glenngreenwald: The whole GOP view is based on a falsehood: that Sotomayor believes judges should disregard law for favorable outcomes.
  14. @chrisnilsson Dave Matthews Band: Under the Table and Dreaming
  15. RT @mattlaslo: #Sotomayor confirmtion - Sen. Feingold: judicial activism. "The definition is any time a case is decided you don't like."
  16. Unless we disagree with someone's view, in which case, we call them biased. [Stepping off soapbox, thank you for your time.]
  17. It's kind of ridiculous to assume that anyone, even justices, could be purely objective in any situation. We just don't admit it.
  18. I think that every human being is biased to some extent, and views every situation in a unique way based on his or her experiences.
  19. BTW-Justice Sotomayor confirmation hearings start in 10 min, live on CSPAN.org. Here's to healthy debate and democracy in action! Woohoo!
  20. Very jealous of the photojournalists covering the #Sotomayor confirmation hearings. #jobsIwishIhad
