  1. is chucking at how 37 people have given "Catcher in the Rye" a one star rating! Who *are* these people?
  2. Is going to bed and hopes he doesn't dream about the lady vampire who read the ITN news after IACGMOOH.
  3. Is looking forward to partaking of thanksgiving dinner in Beckenham.
  4. has just been guilt tripped into having his daily pint delivered by an old fashioned milkie. *sighs* I'm never answering the door again.
  5. Nowt quite like old mates. Today I've had emails from one, been to a gig with another and then bumped into another two on the way home. Ace.
  6. @taraspring That really made me chuckle. I thought I was the only one getting irrate at the cost of confectionary.
  7. @jojomoyes another one?
  8. has just found €140 from two years ago! Result! Do I change it £s and bank the profit or keep as I'll probably use it some other time?
  9. has just spent an hour re-reading old letters from mates. Apologies in particular to penpals circa 1992 who suffered my "woe is me" phase!
  10. @momijiHQ Ha! great to know that I'm not alone! I love moving furniture. New house feel with none of the new house stress!
  11. Maybe I need to get out more but there are there few things more enjoyable than tidying up a tip of a desk and then sitting at it!
  12. @JillMansell Ha!
  13. @hesterbrowne I have been in search of the perfect boiled egg for a long time & bought one of those plastic eggs that are supposed to help.
  14. @jojomoyes Am fascinated by it! How does it gut butter from nuts? Surely if it just crushes them you'd have nut pieces not butter!
  15. is reading the Robert Dyas catalogue and knows what he wants for Christmas: a Peanut Butter Maker! Makes chunky & smooth from actual nuts!
  16. @juderogers hope that does the trick. Look forward to reading the finished article!
  17. @juderogers in that case you can just convert them to something mac friendly in iTunes. Look under advanced: convert to aac
  18. @juderogers try downloading Perian for QuickTime. Then you'll be able to watch wmv files without bothering with a wmv player.
  19. @KatieFforde Ha! Might avoid it altogether then!
  20. is taking the day off to look around and smell the flowers...I may also make a visit to B&Q.
