  1. Okay: two dollar taco and margarita nite at Pazole (Highlands) is da bomb. Staff is pitch-perfect, too. Can I just move in?
  2. Parker's Steak House in Decatur served yum filets & juicy chicken, but side dishes were way too salty. Don't miss guava nectar margaritas!
  3. Tasteless empanadas and inedible churros at new Adios Cafe. Prophetic name, I'd say.
  4. Trader Joe's organic pasta, arribiatta sauce, and a sweet wine make for a great meal at home!
  5. First Five Guys Burger for me was just average. Compared to Monday Night $5 burger at Einstein's, they're expensive & a bit of a let down.
  6. King and I served up a royal treat: basil rolls, cashew chicken, for two, for less than $17.00.
  7. Avoided the surly, older manager at Bombay Cafe, ordered meat samosas, chicken keema masala, and garlic nan, and had a great meal. Yum!
  8. Good dinner at Thai on Tenth was overpriced. Yummy five dollar cocktails don't excuse pad Thai and basil chicken costing $16 a plate. Sad!
  9. New joint on Lenox Rd offers elegant, tasty Japanese buffet. Recommended! http://ow.ly/p91
  10. Country ham, heavenly biscuits, tasty grilled cheese, and "grits like they oughta be" (says Clyde) at Silver Skillet. (14th Street)

  15. Osteria 832 served us lip-smacking pasta and pretty good pizza in a warm, modern setting. Go! [A]
  16. Ru San offers a high-energy but predictable buffet of sushi, fried veggies, dumplings. Adequate, but nothing special. [C]
  17. Food critic's darling served me greasy, rubbery meat and a gritty sauce. Hong Kong Harbour, anyone?
  18. Rubber chicken, stingy sauce, and dirt-cheap pasta served in a faux whorehouse! D-
  19. Melting Pot offers yummy melted cheese, huge wine selection, and more--but should fondue for two cost $100? C-
  20. Food 101 gussies up Mom's Sunday dinners: fussy blue plates of pot roast, meatloaf, pork chops, and veggies for hefty prices. B-
