  18. @TheBitterBrewer I let the yeast settle & pour off the wort. Just like making a starter. Was my 1st try, but I think I can get just yeast.
  19. Successfully top-cropped some Burton Ale yeast (WLP023) from the fermenting bitter. Took all night, but I got ~800ml of slurry. #homebrew
  20. 10 gallons of bitter. 43 IBU Brewer's Gold & EKG. OG: 8.4°P Pale & Crystal 60 - too light b/c I missread recipe. 85% efficiency! #homebrew
