  3. About 1 month away from starting my Phd. I am so excited to embark upon this journey. I spoke with a prof who graduated from U of A.
  4. You must get progressive with your training to gain muscle. More sets is usually not the answer. Get freaking strong to gain muscle.

  9. Without muscle your metabolism will slow dramatically, Thus calories that were being burnt will now be stored. Creeping obesity.
  10. Ladies don't be afraid to lift heavy. Str training is the only way to maintain muscle. W/out muscle you will lose your metabolism.
