  6. @josephkern I was thinking of buying a new blu-ray drive and replacing it myself. From the YouTube videos, it looks easy.
  7. My PS3 is having trouble reading Blu-ray discs once it warms up. DVDs work fine. 23 months old and lightly used. GRRRR!

  14. @jasonwert You need to put the Netflix disk in the PS3 each time you want to watch a movie online. (sorry for the late reply)
  15. I've stopped using the Evolution mail client and returned to using Mozilla Thunderbird. TBird is just a lot nicer.
  16. Just upgraded my main workstation to Ubuntu 9.10 (from 9.04). This is the fifth machine I've upgraded (clean install). No problems!
  17. Got the PS3 disk from Netflix to watch videos instantly. Watched three episodes of "Cosmos". Works well.
  18. Sound support is awesome in Ubuntu 9.10. Multiple sound cards and microphones are really easy now.
