  1. Anyone know a good, easy (easier than s3sync) way to backup an S3 bucket? S3-to-S3 would be fine, as would S3-to-local.
  2. @cloudsurance You guys in beta yet? I just deployed a web app and am not looking forward to writing all kinds of backup scripts.
  3. Peachtree results are posted! http://projects.ajc.com/run...
  4. @martinralya http://is.gd/1iE4f It's not related to @obsidianportal directly. Assumes knowledge of YCombinator and related organizations.
  5. Sent a take down request. Yes, my experiences would be useful to other startups, which is why you can link back to the original post.
  6. Finally got around to detailing some of the Lonely Gamer Protocol that OP uses with pen&paper games. http://is.gd/1i5zJ Still incomplete.
  7. Atlanta Startup Ecosystem 2.0 - Lifestyle Entrepreneurs Not Invited? - http://is.gd/15n5I
  8. @BillCutts lol. I go to great lenghts to make it valid XHTML and return the actual 418 status code, but no spell check.
  9. I'm a teapot. http://micahwedemeyer.com/
  10. Tweet Less, Blog More: http://is.gd/XgyJ
  11. Ruby on Rails hosting with Blue Box Group: http://is.gd/TaC5
  12. @mmealling I guess I see it as working hard on something you love vs "having a job". Personal satisfaction first, money second.
  13. @pfreet I think "Lifestyle Business" has a negative connotation in the startup world, but it's much more reachable than the massive exit.
  14. @brianculler @mmealling It's not a decision to be slow, just knowing that slow is probably the reality. Plan for that, not quick riches.
  15. Desperately seeking another player for D&D / Warhammer / whatever. How can I not have any friends dying to get into my game?
  16. RT southernspaces: "An Interview with Tim Gautreaux: 'Cartographer of Louisiana Back Roads'" http://is.gd/LAvt
  17. RIP Dr. George Tiller, defender of a woman's right to choose. http://is.gd/LvBe
  18. "Literally" has a very specific meaning. If you say, "I literally shit my pants" then don't be surprised when I laugh at you.
  19. @StephenFleming You should call the @ACLU, they'll probably help defend the Bible study group on Assembly / Freedom of Religious grounds.
  20. @wisesumo FPS has "supported" subscriptions for a while, but it's quite cumbersome. This should make it much easier to integrate.
