  1. twitter is beginning to be compulsive for me - taking a break (till wednesday!). Twitter is not the boss of me.
  2. worldmate don't support ebookers.com confirmation, yet they process it incorrectly - whats better? Do it badly or don't do it at all?
  3. @david_harvey very rare. Most often I've seen retrospectives as post mortem of sprint/iteration - coralled by mgt or borne from frustration.
  4. @TotherAlistair Mindfulness is hugely critical to change. It does need to make an appearance in a big way (it just hasn't realised it yet :)
  5. @MarkDalgarno - indeed.
  6. @sschuermann - interesting - i can't really see that being as tasty or as filling as food - but heigh ho!
  7. its very sad when the value of retrospectives is called into question. Is this a reflection of how generally poorly they are done? Very sad.
  8. just played 'Point at things and call them what they're not' on the drive back from dropping K&R off. That would be an unusual defence!
  9. bitter lesson learned - don't submit to conferences if you don't have the time to do justice to the proposal details.
  10. @rachelcdavies very cute. Is the mac running leopard?
  11. @marick thats a refactoring too far!
  12. @quereader - Borders goes into administration: http://bit.ly/4wp0sn , embrace technology - ereaders, digital content FFS!
  13. learning and debrief points added to improv for agile coaches: http://bit.ly/6r7M5P ,#acguk
  14. more pix from Impro for Agile Coaches:http://www.flickr.com/photos/7602113@N02/sets/72157622757241779/ will add to blog #acguk
  15. @sf105 - i see you are the tech support in the household -that is the lot of anyone 'in computers'
  16. trust is a fragile thing and no one knows what it takes to break it until its too late.
  17. worldmate has better iphone app - but what good is that if you miss your flight! Now can't trust ANY of the info it offers.
  18. tripit:1 , worldmate:0 - trip to frankfurt correctly parsed by tripit whilst worldmate screws up flight number and arrival times. #fail #WTF
  19. @lcparzianello - trust as a one way street is not IMO not healthy in a team nor any kind of relationship. Please help me see it.
  20. whoa - its brewing a storm outside - time to go cuddle. Goodnight friends, romans...
