  1. around. candidate testing. etc.
  2. @QualityFrog - Is that my life's legacy? Co-inventor, Bacon-Driven-Development?
  3. @QAHatesYou - heh. I read that, quickly, as /George/ MacDonald didn't seem dated to you: http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...
  4. It's regression testing Weekend! Get your towels ready, it's about .... wait, have I said this before?
  5. @technicaldebt - I have like 3 hours of tech debt videos on a portable hard drive. For want of video editing software and a few few hours ..
  6. @TechnicalDebt It was August 2008. http://bit.ly/6UUqoZ might be worth doing again in 2010
  7. free co-working slots in GR: http://workthefactory.com/b... - who do we know who could use?
  8. For the record, when I say AA I mean Agile Alliance and by CSM I mean Certified Scrum Master
  9. @daverooneyca - I've always had positive experiences with the AA. DM me next time you want to do something with them.
  10. @daverooneyca - what kind of help were you looking for? I am asking seriously.
  11. @daverooneyca - The Agile Alliance also sponsored a local regional conference ( www.glsec.org ) and the workshop on technical debt.
  12. @daverooneyca The Agile Alliance Speaker's Travel-Funding program is helpful and, IIRC, under-used. They've funded me a couple times.
  13. My position: CSM is a net positive. Open to debate on the subject.
  14. @daverooneyca - I think CSM has some positive impact. My advice would be drop the "C"; call it "completed intro to scrum training"
  15. @robpark - I agree that can be a valuable part of the picture of testing. I cover it a bit in my chapter in 'Beautiful Testing'
  16. @patrickwelsh @robpark - I mean 'those tests which the customer can understand and discuss.' Call it what you want #itsalltestingtome
  17. @robpark - it depends on where the bugs are. If the most/worst bugs are in the GUI layer, I'd drive the browser. If not ...
  18. @MartyAdams - we have a bunch. DM me with your email address.
  19. @jbtestpilot you might like the @marick book - "everyday scripting with ruby."
  20. @marlenac - I shared an office with Dr. Nyhoff the elder (Larry) last semester. He still teaches part-time. Want me to say 'hi'?
