@ why? Bc warm stuffing causes bacteria to grow quickly? but it's killed when reaches 165, and will get to 165 faster warm, no?

Argument against stuffing is takes so long for stuffing to reach 165 that bird is overdone. So if you start hot, wouldn't it take less time?
