  13. Many people in our prisons suffer because they were not given a proper chance of position. Sometimes we must learn to accomodate eachother.

  19. They only get once chance and haveto pass a test and meet certain guidelines to shorten their sentence.
  20. @Barack Why don't we implement a program that trains certain qualified felons to be trained as business owners. It could be like "bootcamp"
