  1. Let the mind be quiet while you do your work.
  2. Sit and do nothing for 20 minutes. No expectations. No methods.
  3. Sense the sky above, the earth below. Just breathe. Allow mind to quiet down. Expect nothing special. What comes, comes. What goes, goes.
  4. Compassion, love, and care - these hold the world together.
  5. Be mindful for just one breath.
  6. Here-and-now. Slow, long, deep breath. 12 seconds.
  7. To be Awake is to be HERE, NOW - that is "I Am-ness". To be Awake, to drop all worry & relax into this that is.
  8. Look deeply. Free the mind from concepts. The "concept of enlightenment" is not "enlightenment itself".
  9. 1) Start repeating "God" or a mantra in the mind. 2) Drop away all other thoughts. 3) Allow the bliss to come.
