  1. @SilkCharm Glad you asked. Diffusion of Innovations by Rogers. Classic, nice to read. Loving it. http://bit.ly/19ZC5h
  2. Reading wonderful book chapter on resistance to innovation in design. I am sideways. Must be close to bed time....
  3. Enter to win a lovely basket of Glade goodies. Simple entry! Just come up with a new Glade fragrance name. http://bit.ly/2HIZAi
  4. @jayrosen_nyu And you always do. :)
  5. @franmolloy Thanks Fran! It is great to connect with a real conversation. Pity someone decided it was too much. I can be ... opinionated. ;)
  6. It will be a great 1.5hrs w Brad Berenthal (I think) interviewing Ted Turner. @stiricide get your ticket early - the room is limited size.
  7. @phdinparenting yes! Thanks for the link through. Blog love is real love. :)
  8. Yikes! 7.30pm and no dinner yet made here. thanks for the chat.
  9. @theburgerman Many say not possible. I believe the winners will successfully leverage the brands into new instead of killing them.
  10. @theburgerman I think it's already being shown that they are. Or maybe they're disillusioned. Either way, nothing is secure.
  11. @thoughtsfactory good idea! Maybe a conference with streams on accountability, ethics, etc would be good for all media.
  12. @franmolloy Many will. Many bloody well *should*. NYT continues to lead the way, just IMHO
  13. @franmolloy Yes, agree that's a great start. But it's pushed to one side. I want to see the front page done like that. Makes me unpopular ;)
  14. @theburgerman who said it's obsolete? Not me! Heritage media is wonderful but has lost the plot.
  15. Love the first entry for the Glade competition. Come enter! http://bit.ly/2HIZAi
  16. @theburgerman The issue for heritage media means that today, empowering the reader means giving up control. They won't.
  17. @MediaActive Great stuff! :) I have had the faith beaten from me.
  18. @jkerrison I admire people, such as yourself, who still believe that's possible. I used to. Some days I still do. Obviously not today :)
  19. @MediaActive the owners are common, as are many of the sources. There is much to learn from cutting edge US experience.
  20. @trib @julie_posetti Yes, that's right. I wrote an academic paper on prof j use of twitter more than 12 months ago.
