  6. @dweinberger The argument is that Tweeting was the *only thing* that could have been done to stop the riot. Not the same in a theater.
  7. Anyone from @Wikipedia read the entirety of the WSJ article? Curious what evidence / data they have to back up the attrition claims.
  8. Google doesn't even need direct crawls anymore to locate content: they can infer via email, 3rd party links, and their tool bar.
  9. In other words if Google can figure out where NewsCorp content is, there is no law prohibiting them from linking to it in search results.
  10. Why Murdoch hates Fair Use: if NewsCorp uses Robots.txt to de-index content Google can still crawl and index but claim fair use.
