  1. @flyingdog Hey guys I'm in DC for a little more than 24 hours. Where can I go to get a good fresh sample?
  2. Dogfish 60min: great IPA. Smooth on the palatte and bold on the finish. Great use of hops to bolster the flavor but not overwhelm.2 for 2 DC
  3. Harry's Tap Room Ale: Nice medium bodied amber ale with a crisp finish. Think Amber Bock meets Sam Adams. How DC does craft beer.
  4. Stuck in Dulles terminal after landing due to a "security issue". Saw a place called Harry's Tap Room. May check it out.
  5. @veronica It's usually a great opportunity to find some local microbrews!
  6. @DowntownBrew The Reggae Red was my favorite, followed by the Wheat. Thanks for a great time. Friday was great and Saturday was CRAZY!!!
  7. @downtownbrew 's Wheat: A lighter wheat beer that has more complexity than most hefs. Low ABV, and better with the lemon wedge.
  8. Reggae Red from @downtownbrew: A full-bodied and complex red. Great use of hops. A true beer lover's beer.
  9. Porter from @downtownbrew: Very smooth dark beer. Coffee and chocolate flavors with an incredibly smooth finish.
  10. IPA from @downtownbrew: If you like IPAs and aren't too picky, check it out. Tastes a little leafy, but the hops come though for the finish
  11. Honey Blonde from @downtownbrew: A nice subtle ale. A bit of complexity for a lighter beer makes it enjoyable.
  12. Blueberry Ale from @downtownbrew: Smells like blueberry, doesn't taste it. At only 3.3% ABV it can be passed over.
  13. @downtownbrew Hey I'm sitting upstairs ordering the sampler! Pretty excited about it.

  15. http://twitpic.com/2rt7p - Sierra Nevada ESB
  16. Red Hook's Long Hammer IPA: Probably the lightest IPA I've ever tried. Great hoppy flavor and smooth finish. Recommended by brother Lolipop.
  17. Sierra Nevada ESB "Early Spring Brew": Nice seasonal brew from SN. Nothing about it jumps out at me, but it's enjoyable. Try it cold.

  19. at Central Coast Brewing in San Luis Obispo. They have unbelievable beers, like a Chai beer. Try them at your earliest convenience
  20. Michelob Irish Red: Possibly my favorite of the sampler pack. Not the best Irish Red ever, but a fine beer for a quiet evening. Try it. B+
