  19. @dckismet Can you verify fix on actual site where original problem occurred? I assume issue was reproducible by someone at some point?
  20. @dckismet @marlenac when customers are angry, its worth fixing right away. doesnt mean it shd be classified as 'bug'. might be 'design flaw'
