  13. Perhaps 'resource sprites, in a zip, via convention' is good way to describe Resource Packages. Backwards compat.
  14. Ah, Moz Resource Packages proposal is a build-time soln (resources go in a zip ) and then a 'link' so browsers can fetch zip opportunisticly
