  1. @vouldjeff you can have template filters in web2py? You do not need them but you can.
  2. @karlseguin yes, web2py is GPL but, the license does not extend to apps. You can release web2py apps under any license you want.

  19. @TokyoDan T2 is an API. T3 is a wiki that allows to insert T2 objects in the pages and build apps without much coding.
