  8. We are more into an electrical based society than any place in the world. Journalists can raise this awareness. Extremely important.
  9. Need more sensitivity to conservation. These monster automobiles. Need better streamlined cars. Kinds of things we need to consider.
  10. Nuclear power. No doubt we go back to some of that. Hydro power, but won't solve all energy problems.
  11. Glenn says we do wonderful things with hearing aids, cell phones; amazing amount of energy we store, but haven't gone big time.
  12. One particular wish before sun goes down? Might surprise you. Better means of electrical energy story. We an electrical society.
  13. Have to have policy and plans to make it come real. How do? Make existing fuels as clean as we can. Renewable alternative fuels.
  14. Elliot excellent rundown on negotiations. How do we meet these. Have to do things here to meet that percent. Not just academic study.
  15. Different perspective in space. Atmosphere is 1/8 of inch on 80 inch globe. A fragile tiny air support we live in here. Supports all life.
  16. Realize not as big as you think it is. Accustomed to thinking this is unlimited and take whatever we throw at it.
  17. Two examples: You all fly in jet. At 40,000 ft above 80% Earth's atmosphere. In space look at little blue band. That is our atmosphere.
  18. Don't always want to talk about whatever it was I did in space! If I had doubts were taken away by two space flights I was on.
  19. Watched Al Gore's rise. Was it all political? Some ridicule, but turning point with realization this stuff is real. Al wins Nobel Prize.
  20. There are climate cycles, we know. But put us in position we are now? Causes we have to deal with politically.
