  1. @sarahkendrew I heard there would be snow tonight, but it looks like they are predicting rain now so you should be OK.
  2. Hey Canada! I think you left your snow here when you visited last night. Can you come back and pick it up please?
  3. The stream of the #CDMS seminar is way to choppy to follow over here. Someone ping me if they have discovered dark matter.

  12. @danbrowne @jfitzsimons Homeopathy is like the monarchy. Both are ineffective, but they cost less than the pain of removing them.
  13. @danbrowne @jfitzsimons Despite the homeopathy, I am glad that there is an NHS institution that conducts research on alternative therapies.
  14. @danbrowne77 RHH actually has one of the best CFS treatment clinics in the country. I was considering it at one point.
  15. @danbrowne77 Despite the name, not much homeopathy goes on there these days. Look at the treatments that they actually offer.
  16. Richard Jozsa moves to Cambridge - http://www.damtp.cam.ac.uk/comms/71.html
  17. @materion Because it works (more or less). You are welcome to start all your condensed matter calculations from first principles.
  18. 60 historical papers from the Royal Society http://trailblazing.royalsociety.org/ (via Lubos Motl http://bit.ly/62lRvr)
