  11. @Jason916 nice! I had surgery a few months ago so my stats are down a bit: s-235 4x10, d-255 4x10, b-175 4x10. I was squatting 275 3x5 b4

  15. @Jason916 usually a gallon to a gallon and a half. It takes a while to get used to, but once you start you can never go back!
