  1. Down to 364.6, not a whole loot but at least i didn't put on weight. Need to step it up.
  2. Put a hour in to night at the gym. Hopefully it pays off tomorrow morning
  3. Ah Monday, back to work then, back to the gym, then heroes. Sad to say I look forward to Mondays
