  1. Dessert.almost too decadent to describe. All variations to die for....paired with a sweet wine and fade into bliss.
  2. Apple sorbet to cleanse the pallet with real chunks of apple. Dash of mint...monte biena.
  3. Baby goat on potato puree and baby veal with polenta on a 450 stone. Left me wanting more,goat was crunchy and diasppointing.
  4. Fettucini w/ wild boar, delicate, tender and leaves you wondering.
  5. Suash ravioli w/amerito and
  6. Spinach gnocci and almond tortellini w/truffle oil.sweet edge of the almond was winner by a hair.bon appetite.
  7. Cauliflower flan w/quail egg in truffle emulsion and 10 cooked onion, bitter and sweet.take me to the place.
  8. Fluke, beautiful presentation and the combo of raw fluke light and delicate with a dense bean puree carrot chop was tantalizing to the buds.
  9. At vetri. Number 25 and sipping sparkling wine.first course fois gras.spectacular.

  11. John and sergio were our servers tonite. They are simpatico and symbyonic.
  12. Chocolate prepared 3 ways. 3 ways to heaven that's how good it was. What a finish with happy bday spelled out on the plate.
  13. Stewed figs w/a ginger cake paired w/scarpone.better than I could have anticipated.the parm crisp is an unexpected pleasantry.
  14. Petite filet w/ratatouille.very mixed.great one bite.next charred or mismatched with veg.strange course.wine pairing superb.
  15. Scallop with clam course.my fav so far.perfect pinot noir pairing.just close to perfection.YES.
  16. The place is very loud.can hardly hear my hubby.thought I would climatize by now.hasn't happened.screaming baby has left the premises.
  17. Fennel dusted flounder.dust would have been nice more like douse.too strong.overly complex.fennel took over.
  18. Next up.heirloom tomato &mozz salad paired with parysol rose.perfect combo.local produce.a runaway comp to 1st.
  19. Just had gazpacho blanco.kind of strange.room temp not chilled strong garlic.glad we both had it :)
  20. Started with chilled campagne and a chef delight of caviar and brioche stick. Interesting combo of tastes served in an eggshell.
