  1. @grundprinzip it did so a long time ago. They never really describe the constraints of their solution - it's all magic wonderland there.
  2. @grundprinzip just call your kid "Dragan Ingmar" and sole the problem that way ;-)
  3. @grundprinzip because SVN is a versioned file system on top of which one _could_ implement a nice version control system ;-)
  4. RT @migueldeicaza: RT: @natfriedman: The problem with democracy http://www.youtube.com/watc...
  5. @jpcs congratulations!
  6. @dsha In Germany it's each Federal state (we have 16), but I usually pay to my dear friends in Brandenburg.
  7. Should I create a money transfer template for speed violation fees in my online banking tool? Always just a few km/h though.
  8. @xquery depends on your XMLDB. xDB has element name indexes, but we always recommend value based indexes, typically much faster.
  9. @vojtechtoman should have been. But my Dutch is much worse than it ought to be. Still looking for a good Dutch/German vocab trainer.
  10. @vojtechtoman I managed to reserve seats in two restaurants and call a taxi in Dutch last time to R'dam. Still a bit proud of myself ;-)
  11. I wish specifications would talk more about the intention of things, and afterwards about specific semantics.
  12. Trying to download a patch for a game I bought - hard to find it between all the torrent warez links.
  13. on our build machine, all individual test classes suddenly take 10 secs instead of 0.010. Server needs a professional kick, I guess.
  14. @vojtechtoman you can also still find windows which are still simply wooden frames with a single glass plate, no sealing whatsoever.
  15. @dsha that certainly looks good, but it gives a different number for each different server, all below 6 MBit though. How to find bottleneck?
  16. I am supposed to have a 16 mbit/s connection, but I never get out more than 6.5 mbit/s, not even with multiple servers. WLAN bottleneck?
  17. Microsoft even manages to make Mac's usually trivial setup software fail. Mac Office update to current version seems broken.
  18. @adamretter well, recognising one’s shortcomings is the first step towards self-improvement I guess.
  19. @yeahrock yes, what is planio?
  20. Using XQuery to transform Ant XML build files into Eclipse .project/.classpath. XML tooling makes world a better place. http://bit.ly/1zI6zB
