@ probably for the same reason that 30 seconds is the longest programmed shutter speed, even my lttile GX1 goes up to a minute.

@ ISO 1.5 would be 6 stops from 100 so that would work, 10 stops would be something like 0.09 ISO so maybe that's pushing it :)
