@ Why has Craven not changed the lap, its would not be hard to add 5kms of flat or race it backwards? any change to it is needed

2.5hr on the bike around Mudgee today. Rode past a lot of wineries that were tempting to stop for a taste. Some really good reds out of here

Just back from a nice Holiday up in Cairns and Great Barrier Reef. Great place and the day at the reef was fun. Seen Nemo out there also.

Sorry everybody ! I forgot to say it was only a half ironman. My 90km ride was fun but.I did pass about 1250 people on the first climb :-)
