@ For this reason I sort of prefer the cheaper R500 to the W500. Screen resolution is lower, but readability is better somehow. Meh.

ThinkPad W500 has one of the worst (TN panel) displays I've ever seen. A shame, as ThinkPad is my brand of choice for laptops...
