  1. Compelling case to discontinue 'mobile learning' phrase & word http://sn.im/over-use in general by @LearningPutty
  2. @rfoshay I'd welcome list of words only in the negative. Based on energy around jettison list, seems other would use it too!
  3. Don't think we're all ready to replace 'informal' in favor of 'incidental' learning yet, but lets try to use when we can.
  4. RT @stampergr Or when people say 'classical' conditioning when they mean 'operant' , or they confuse Frankenstein and the monster ;)
  5. RT @LearningPutty I'm thinking "mobile" learning because now a days what isn't mobile? RT @minutebio Drop the e- from e-learning too.
  6. Loving this list so! RT @jessewilkins So. As in the first word of every response out of a technology marketer's mouth. :)
  7. RT @kellygarber: @marciamarcia please add *real world* to the jettison list.
  8. More to drop> @JaneBozarth team & best practices; @briandusablon in the weeds, 10000-foot view, wrap my head around that
  9. Boywonder is fond of 'anyway' as in "let's move it along..." RT @z_rose 'moving forward'
  10. RT @michaelkieran Let's jettison [term] 'adoption', and start talking about Social Traction in the Enterprise
  11. RT @latta Let's not forget [need to jettison] the self-identified 'éxpert,' who so rarely is, and 'out of the box.'
  12. More overused language suggestions> @jenisecook Human Capital Management; @DR1665 leverage, long tail, social media.
  13. Words people want to lose> @gps03 webinar; @zenext stakeholders; @britz interactive; @chrisstjohn telepresence. You?
  14. Also, 'utilize' instead of 'use'. RT @z_rose: can I add to your [jettison] list, @marciamarcia? 'enable' in place of 'let.'
  15. Love the list of words to jettison. Keep em coming! I'll RT throughout the day. Fascinating none repeated yet.
  16. Oh yeah! RT @Jmichele: Words I would like to jettison: Strategy (misused), Social Media (overused). ROI (misunderstood)
  17. @Cliffordncsl So your aspiration is to work with other people who share your concerns?
  18. Just asked to to kill the word 'engagement.' I prefer it only when that's the best word. Words you'd like to jettison?
  19. @shackletonjones Compelling & captivating content. Fascinating & illuminating conversation. Honest sincere responses...
  20. @shackletonjones I try personally to only use "engage" when that's what I actually mean. Evoke is often the better word.
