  3. @paulakahumbu It's true, over on other side of Mara. A revenge killing after the cows were killed by lions, while grazing IN the reserve.
  4. Yesterday evening rangers arrested one out of five poachers on other side of river. They had already killed a hippo.

  9. Four more poachers arrested last night upon entering the reserve. Eight poachers arrested in total so far this month.
  10. Where are the lions today? Zebra carcass found near border - not a scrap of meat left.
  11. Fresh footprints spotted just now by Salt Lick, rangers deployed to area.
  12. Poacher Update: 1 poacher was taken to TZ Authorities, other 5 escaped. With tracker dogs arriving soon we hope to improve on this.

  20. Three poachers arrested on Masanaga Poachers Route -they were returning to snares laid day before, which we had found. No animals killed.
